When NAVUM was first formed, back in 2008, a founding principle was to create a people-first culture in which everyone genuinely enjoys working. We live this culture every day.
Our workforce has now grown to over 30 employees. At NAVUM, it’s a collegiate work environment; we’re about flat hierarchies and mutual respect. Pushy’s not our thing. We also like to combine a professional work ethic and job performance with a sense of fun. When it comes to positively challenging work or professional training opportunities, we’re right up there, with the major players. We also offer competitive, performance-related remuneration and fair working hours.
